Editor applications may include experience, portfolio links, availability, equipment and expected rates. We may also retain invoices, payment references and transaction records. Configured website tools may collect technical information such as IP address, browser details and activity. Please provide only what is needed.
How we use it
We respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, assess applications, coordinate and deliver services, process payments, maintain records and protect our systems. Promotional messages require a separate choice where applicable, and you can ask us to stop them.
Website forms and WhatsApp
The forms on this static website prepare a WhatsApp message on your device. We receive answers only if you choose to send that message in WhatsApp. This website does not store form submissions. WhatsApp handles messages under its own privacy terms.
Project content and confidentiality
We use client material for the agreed services. Access is limited to authorised team members, assigned editors and necessary providers. We do not publish client footage, finished videos, names or testimonials without permission. We do not publish editor portfolios automatically.
Sharing and service providers
Necessary information may be shared with assigned editors, production partners and providers of hosting, storage, communications, accounting and payment services. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when legally required or needed to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims.
AI tools
Before identifiable or confidential client material is uploaded to a third-party generative AI service for a project, we seek written approval and explain the intended use. Model-training use requires separate written permission.
International processing and retention
Teams and technology providers may process information outside your country. International project requirements are agreed before relevant work. Project media follows the File Handling and Retention Policy. The 10-day media period does not apply to invoices, contracts, consent records or legally required information. Enquiries are kept while needed for follow-up; unsuccessful editor profiles are retained for future opportunities only with permission.
Your choices, security and children
Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent where applicable or raise a concern. We may verify identity and may need to keep information for legal obligations, ongoing services or disputes. We use reasonable safeguards, though no system is completely secure. Booking and editor applications are intended for adults. Clients supplying material featuring children must have the necessary authority.
